These Terms of Service govern your use of the EuroserPOD website and purchases from EuroserPOD LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and availability

EuroserPOD sells ready-to-order home and lifestyle products. Product colors and scale can vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, materials, and normal production tolerances. Availability may change without notice.

Orders

Please review your items, size, quantity, delivery address, and contact details before submitting an order. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or an obvious listing error. Contact info@euroserpod.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation; changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

Pricing, taxes, and payment

The price and currency shown at checkout apply to your order. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. You authorize Shopify and the available payment providers to charge the payment method you select.

Shipping and delivery

Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders. Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing, and most U.S. orders arrive within 5–8 business days from the order date. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier, weather, address, peak-period, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays. Available destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout.

Returns, refunds, and problems

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Change-of-mind return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with the order number and clear photos; after review, EuroserPOD will cover the approved remedy or return cost. Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale are not returnable. Full instructions are in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The EuroserPOD name, branding, product artwork, photography, site design, and other site content are owned by EuroserPOD LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the site without permission, violate applicable law, or infringe another person's rights.

Third-party services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use payment providers, production partners, and carriers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. EuroserPOD LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where required.
