EuroserPOD ships to supported destinations worldwide from Türkiye.

Standard shipping cost

Standard shipping is free worldwide. If an optional expedited service is available, its price and estimate will be shown before payment.

United States delivery estimate

For United States addresses, the estimated total time from order confirmation to delivery is 3–5 business days. This estimate includes production and transit time and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery outside the United States

Delivery time varies by destination, carrier capacity, customs processing and local conditions. The available estimate, when provided, is shown during checkout or in the shipping confirmation.

Tracking and split shipments

We send tracking information when an order ships. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel. Items in one order may ship separately; standard shipping remains free.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete delivery address, including apartment or unit information. Additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete or unclaimed address may be charged before reshipment.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delays, loss or damage

Carrier, customs, weather and other events outside our control can affect estimates. If tracking shows a problem, contact store@euroserpod.com with your order number. If an item arrives damaged or has a production error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the claim.
