Free U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered to supported United States addresses.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–8 business days from the order date, including processing time. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. carrier holidays.

Remote addresses, carrier disruptions, severe weather, address problems, and peak periods can extend delivery. A more specific estimate shown at checkout takes precedence for that destination.

Tracking and addresses

Tracking is emailed when the order ships. Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address. Contact info@euroserpod.com as soon as possible if an address is incorrect; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delay, loss, or delivery problem, contact us with your order number so we can review it with the carrier.

Returns
