Shipping and delivery

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every order to supported U.S. addresses. There is no minimum order.

How long does delivery take?

Every item is made to order. Production normally takes 1 business day, and most U.S. orders arrive within 4–5 business days from the order date, production included. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Remote addresses, carrier disruptions, weather and peak holiday periods can add time; an estimate shown at checkout takes precedence. Where are your products made?

EuroserPOD is a U.S. company based in Fairfield, New Jersey. Our rugs and textiles are printed to order in Türkiye by our textile production partners and shipped to U.S. customers.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed and in original condition. Email info@euroserpod.com with your order number and wait for return instructions before sending anything. For change-of-mind returns the customer pays return shipping.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 30 days after delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the issue. If the claim is approved, we arrange and pay for a replacement, return or refund. Read the full refund policy.

Rugs, runners and care

Are the rugs really machine washable?

Yes. Our printed rugs, runners, round rugs and bath mats go in a home washing machine: cold or 30 °C / 86 °F, gentle cycle, mild detergent, no bleach. Air dry flat and do not tumble dry or iron. Very large sizes may need a large-capacity machine or a laundromat.

Do the rugs slip?

The rugs have a non-slip dotted backing that grips hard floors such as wood, laminate and tile. On very smooth or polished floors, or on stairs, use an additional rug pad.

What are the rugs made of?

The surface is a soft, low-pile polyester that holds printed color well; the backing is non-slip. Exact material and backing details are listed on each product page.

Are they safe for kids and pets?

The low pile is easy to vacuum and the whole rug can be washed after spills, which is why many customers use them in kids' rooms, playrooms, kitchens and pet areas. Supervise young children and pets with any rug.

Sizes

Which sizes are available?

• Area rugs: 2' × 3', 2.6' × 4', 3.3' × 5', 4' × 6', 5.25' × 8' and 6.5' × 10'.
• Runner rugs: 2' × 6', 2.6' × 8' and 3.3' × 10'. See the runner rug size guide.
• Round rugs: 2 ft to 6.5 ft diameter.
• Doormats: 1.3' × 2', 1.5' × 2.5' and 2' × 3'.
• Bath mats: 16" × 24", 20" × 30" and 24" × 35".

Sizes are approximate; small production tolerances are normal. Each product page lists its exact options.

Personalized products

How do personalized rugs and doormats work?

Open a personalized product, enter your name, date, song or upload a photo in the fields on the product page, then add it to your cart. We print exactly what you enter, so please check spelling before you order.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items follow the same 30-day refund policy. Because each one is printed only for you, please double-check names, dates and photos before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you entered, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email info@euroserpod.com as soon as possible. Because production starts quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

All payment options available for your address, such as major cards and express wallets, are shown at checkout.
