Refund policy

30-day returns

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

To request a return, email info@euroserpod.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending the item. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.

Change-of-mind returns

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days after delivery and include your order number, photographs of the full item and the issue, and the shipping label when relevant. If the claim is approved, EuroserPOD will arrange and pay for the appropriate replacement, return, or refund.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Changes and cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or correct an address. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-returnable. Items showing use, washing, avoidable damage, or material alteration are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Ordinary discounted merchandise remains eligible unless it was clearly marked final sale before purchase.
